Need admin help in NY

There should be a rule.

At least 2 ships in NY underlevel just sitting around spamming system chat. It is really anoying and makes it hard for anyone to do any rp in system chat or private chat.

At least he isn't called "~NoobWithQuestions~" and kept planet diving, convinced that he could dock without the docking ring if he just tried hard enough. I saw that a few weeks ago. It nearly killed me with laughing though, even though it was totally oorp.
This looks actually like a clever roleplaying thing. Protesters are supposed to be annoying.

The protestors are there to protest, and yes they should be P***ing you off, but there chatter is all protest slogans, and all within RP. Deal with what the latest SA judgement has let loose on an RP level, it's what I'm doing.

@Eta: That's fine, just don't do what some people are already doing which is nuking unarmed and unshielded starfleas. It's just giving me more fuel for my cause.

If people want to be annoying protestors thats fine. But in this situation, to me at least, it is just a person abusing the underlevel character rules to be annoying and have total immunity.

If your going to be annoying don't be underlevel.

Underlevel players don't exactly count in RP. Why? You can't retaliate. It's not fair. So they simply don't exist for me. I will kill them for comm channel hacking and spamming.

Hmm, perhaps that is true. I will request that these protestors put 1 million credits onto their ships to make it so that they can be wasted if you want to prove Mr. Reynolds right. But they will be asked to be over level.
