Missions are currently not functioning properly. This is what happens when you push FLhook too far.

And for the love of god let me decide whether I want to post in local or system, dont default it.

You can post in local or system. just type /s before your message and it will be to the entire system. As for the missions I haven't done any lately so I wouldn't know but define 'Not working properly'

Trying to rep up a junker, and every mission I take leads me to a waypoint with zero enemies.

I would hazard a guess that SadT wasn't entirely serious. Local chat as default is better, in my opinion, as you still have the option to go system wide.
