Gallic gunboats don't use Cerberus turrets.

The infocard is wonky and needs updating to reflect the times (reminiscent of the old cap debs being Outcast weapons), but last time I checked Cerb turrets are generic civilian and free for use by anyone.

Is 'Generic Civilian' meant to be the "Civilian (Sirius-wide outside Gallia)" cell in the tech chart? 'cause every Gallic ID seem to be red to it (I want to be enlightened too anyway).

Cerberusses are originally Rheinland turrets. The tech for producing them ( or similar ) has been given to all houses in Sirius before Gallia was revealed, then the wars started and tech didn't got traded any more.

Therefore, there can't be Cerberus turrets in Gallia. Seems they are considered 'Civilian except Gallia' or something like that.

As said, that's just an ancient holdover infocard thing to excuse the blast being the same color as the Rheinland primaries. Same as when everyone including the LN was using "Outcast" Inferno pulse turrets on their battleships.

Maybe Gallia just uses different military tech, which is incopatible with ( most ) sirian one ? Would explain why the cells are red. Since Gallia has it's very own stuff equal to the serian mortars, brs et cetera and the cerberus one is just missing.

Civilian tech is open To EVERYBODY regardless of who made it.

Whose to say you cant Rp with a civilian weapons dealer and get ahold of some civilian weapons teach. I for one did not agree with that Portion of the saction that went up. Even if its not aviable in gallia let somebody make some profit off of it so you can get ahold of it.
