I thought it would be better to open a new channel since the purpose of the previous one's purpose ceased existing almost a month ago. Currently, we are waiting the reply of the Council of Rising Sons which hopefully will take into consideration the points that we made in our last transmissions.

In other news, I was told that ICMG provided you with the evidence of our last encounter with a Hogosha criminal. As always, we feel it is our duty to inform you about such things and don't take the initiative by ourselves. Furthermore, I'd like to mention that ICMG wasn't with us, we just met them in Planet Kyushu's orbit while moving some Machinery to Java.

Recently the Independent Miners Guild discovered a relatively large smuggling group tagged [GST] moving cargo to the Outcast Home World and cardamine in the return trip. We have evidence that they are using the Coronado - Baffin corridor and then in Tau-29, they use the trade lanes to jump to Kyushu system. From there, they use the nearby jump hole to get to Tau-23.

I would like to inform you that if your Warriors try to intercept these smugglers and ask for help from our Paramilitary in the upper Taus, it would be a great honor to help you catch them.

Guild-Master Takeshi Ogawa, The Council of the Rising Suns is currently voting on the point of renewing I.M.Gs license to transport restricted commodities to the Tau systems. The points you mention have been raised and will be considered.

Your information regarding cardamine smugglers is appreciated and your offer is generous, high-command will look into this matter and return with an answer.

Guildmaster Takeshi Ogawa, I am sorry to say that the Council of the Rising Suns voted in a majority to postpone renewal of the Independent Miners Guild license to transport restricted commodities through Kusari territory. The Council may feel differently when the issue is revisited.

Though I suspect it will be small consolation: Your people are still free to transport non-restricted items through Kusari space.
