I heard there is some software update, combined with hardware update you do to your technology. Something about it being disabled permanently while putting the pilot in danger. The technology that is in my hands does not have such updates, however... I am willing to do them for the term that I shall have a free access to Council technology, and one gunboat shall be spared for me. I know the real situation in Gallia, I know that sparing a Gunboat or ten won't harm you.

MON DIEU! This happens when you let the frogs freely operate in such matters. The results are horrible, mon dieu, I can't believe it! Merde! Anyway... I am glad you contacted us about this issue, and I am also glad that you are willing to update them. About the terms... you have luck that I know you and trust you. Therefore you shall get the things you are requesting. However, before you are granted to equip/buy the new technologies you will have to agree on certain terms. First of all you will have to fly to one of our nearest equipment dealers to update and check the weapons and the ship you are currently using. The terms for the current technology and the new technology are as followed:
1) The technology, whether weapons or ship, won't be used against the Council or their Allies but in self defence.
2) In case the technology will be used as such, a mechanism will melt it and you won't be sold new one in any of our bases (//The tech will be revoked).

I hope these terms are agreeable. However, if you do not accept to update your current technology you will have to fear the consequences, keep that in mind. *mumbles something about frogs*
