ok Acid, you asked first so you up first, here ya go buddy, Verec as soon as you make up your mind on the ship I will do it. To anyone else: Im not as good as Xing I will give him that, but, I would be ever grateful if you gave me your buisness(I need the practiec so I CAN be better than hime one day).

well, I am not here to request a sig, just give you some personnal suggestion.
Background image was well done on this one, though it is hard to tell exactly what modification you've made. It is slightly plain (as I suggested, maybe download some brushes to complement the picture).
What really annoys me is the font; they are very plain, and nearly hurts my eyes as they are bright red over red, plus they have no real effects: there's no lign that separate them from the picture as to say, they do not fade in the picture either... it just looks as if they are standing there. You might as well have done this through paint, the result wouldn't be much different.
Lastly, the character. It is barely visible! It is of my personnal taste that if your signature cannot fully put in a character, put in the important part, I usually go by this: Head to lower body, head to mid torso, head to shoulder, head only. Also, the character looks like it's standing there as if added through paint. Make it fade a bit more in the picture, or make it contrast through some effects (again here, brushes is a suggestion I recommend, but there are many possibilities really)
otherwise, you should be getting better every try you make if you experiment with the options around.
ouch, ouch, ouch, and do you know of any good Brushes? Another question, all of my fonts are relatively plain and though I searched through the plugins for Pain.NET I was not able to find any fonts, but today I was planning to go search again.(what goes well over red?)
Edit: do you use paint.NEt or the regular one, if not you should try it it works very very well

Well, considering you are using Paint.Net, those are still pretty good ('specially the ones in your own sig).
But if you ever want to create something on, say, Xing's level, you will need a better tool. For me, Adobe Photoshop is the ne plus ultra, but you can go for GIMP (free) or other photo-manipulation programs as PhotoImpact and the like.
Otherwise, Xing is right. The font is the biggest problem. Use a fitting one (go here for an excellent resource) and use shadows or any blending option. Of course, the character should be identifiable as well.
Aight, I looked up some fonts and took some advice, here is Acid's new siggy.

Addressing those problems, how does this look(I also changed the font from Alien invasion to Gravedigger)

much better, things blends well together, only problem I see is... what's the big black block at the left of the viper? it just suddenly cut the background very sharply...
edit: and, sleipnir, the ones in his sigs except school bus one were all done by me:P
I dont see the block your talking about, but I did use a black brush to cover up the Green lettering, I also found out that we have the $600 professional version of Adobe photoshop, but my parents lost the discs:P.
