I just received a word about you and your associates attacking Junkers outside Manhattan. They tell me you provided no explanation whatsoever for this attack. I would like to give you the opportunity to explain this to me now. You see, those Junkers were on their way to Rochester to attempt to prevent an Order battleship from docking there and you prevented them from accomplishing this task. Combine that with the fact that you had absolutely no lawful reason to engage those ships and I think you have a great deal of explaining to do.
