Here is a quick contract proposal, please feel free to review and suggest any modifications you feel are necessary.

ICMG can offer you surveys at no significant cost to ALG if the following conditions are met:

• Upon a successful ALG claim on Rugen in the future and establishment of a major colony, ICMG would like docking and trade rights with Rugen.

This contract is just for the surveying stage. As stated, if the survey results are to your liking and you want to develop the site further ICMG can help you with that too.

We've spent hundreds of millions over the years on heavy machinery and settlement building supplies for our colony ship the ICMG-Lazurite, but simply haven't found any suitable planets. This is a golden opportunity to put them to work...that is... if you end up developing the site. But I'll leave those plans until we get the survey results back!

As for the colonization supplies and machinery, they would prove very useful. But that's for another time as our main priority is obtaining more information about the planet.
