Over the last year, work has been progressing on a ship. For our purposes, let's call it 'Thebes'.
Incorporating prototype technology...it is our hope that this ship can finish off the 18 year long
war. But recent events have forced our hand. That ship must finish, gentlemen. For
the safety of everyone who leads a life in the Omicrons and beyond, we must put
in a final effort.

We need extra shipments rushed to the Omicron-100 system to speed up it's construction.
The quantities will be significant, hence we need all your available transport crews.

But before we can finalize the details...your assent is required. Respond quickly with your answer.

Also, since you are talking about new technology, could we unite our efforts to develop and improve some new technologies? I am pretty sure a research program achieved by both of our groups would lead to interesting results.

Due to the recent change in The Order structure, I mean the creation of the OSD, I was thinking The Order and Omicroners leaders should meet to clarify the nature of our relations, especially regarding administrative matters like docking rights, technology sharing, etc.. What do you think about it?

"The Science Division has been assigned to development and construction oversight on the Thebes. We have recently been designing a new vessel of our own, the Pakhet, to serve as a testbed platform for experimental technology developed by the OSD, and I'm sure we can implement many of the same technologies on the Thebes given sufficient materials and time. As always, we would be willing to exchange some of that technology to our Zoner allies, but it should be noted that the designs are still in the prototype stage, and may not be safe for use at this time."

My name is Raluca Kiss, I'm the administrator of Freeport XV. I received word from Dankien Moebus that you suggested my base as a good spot for a high level meeting between Order and Omicroners representatives. However, I do not think that this is the best location. I have discussed with several other seniors and we came up with another base to use: Sparta Station. This structure is very well hidden and the security standards are top notch; besides there will be no outsider to disturb us there.

Another good thing about Sparta is that it is located in the proximity of Corinth and Marco Cabulb will be able to attend to this meeting and will not lose precious time for his scientific projects.

That being said, I hope to meet you soon. Please confirm if you accept the location and chose a date.

Planet Gran Canaria shall be optimum as a RV point for the convoy as well as escort..

And regarding the meeting, considering many prominent figures shall be joining this convoy...
I suggest we hold this meeting in the high-security zone of Lisbon Station. It is the most secure
spot we can reasonably arrange, and you're all headed there.
