As you will be aware, there have been some recent... Issues within Deep Space Engineering.

I am contacting you to inform you of a temporary change in management, It has come to my attention there needs to be some major changes. As it is my duty to do so, I will be acting President of Deep Space Engineering for some time as John Doe has been under immense amounts of stress and it is impairing his capabilities to perform his duties appropriately. . Short of it is; John Doe requires some down time and is well over due for a holiday.

I am assuming there have been some... strange behaviour reported, and I would like to greatly apologise for this on behalf of Deep Space Engineering and assure you they will not be happening again. If you require any assistance, or further information regarding these incidents please feel free to contact me on a secure channel and I will help where I can.

The Presidents health will be reviewed weekly, and when he is fit to return to work I will let you know.
