I'm sending you a resquest to acquire a Conference gunboat. I'm a member of Medaillon, the team of Geal.Keriadec, that you surely know . We work for the Council and we don't hesitate to protect civilians. As a freelancer, my acess to gunboats are very limited. I'm not a pilot of fighters/bombers and i would like to help my team with my experience with gunboats. I could help to restablish democracy at Gallia and fight the royalist tyrans. In the past, your technology department permitted to my partner Bablo to fly a Conference. You can trust me and it would be an honnor to receive this piece of equipment. I swear to never do any illegal actions and to use it in defense case only, to protect my team. I understand the vision of zoners, how they use their technology and i would do the same.

An addionnal permission to use zoners guns would be grandly appreciated. For sure, its my duty to offer you any services that you want, nothing is free. I know that you love the gallic wine and tabbacco...I have the possiblity to carry a lots of units if you want to know, it would be considarated by your department.

• Use zoner vessels only in neutral or friendly space where you are authorized to fly. This implies you never hang around hostile installations (including all types of bases, jumpgates, jumpholes) or fly in restricted area without the proper authorization,
  
• Never break Houses Laws when using zoner technology,
  
• At any given time - we can decide if the use of the vessel is still appropriate and justified - and we can at any time reclaim it. - the reasons for such a reclaim are always our own.
  

In your case I would specify that defending yourself against Gallic lawfuls forces is not considered as a violation of Houses Laws unless you fly nearby Gallic lawfuls installations.
