Carrying out personal vendettas 'somewhere out of Kusari' in a gunboat which has battled Samura and their henchmen under the banner of the Urasawa family is not something a Dragon in his right mind would approve. Adding the fact that you don't even know about your 'destination'... Definitely not the way to convince us.

You are already aware about our inability to replicate and build these gunboats in relatively large numbers, unlike our Nodachi bombers, therefore we need them as close as possible to our homeland. It doesn't mean that we couldn't reach an agreement if you elaborated more about this issue haunting you.

I can asure you that it's not a personal vendetta. It's something that I haven't dared to speak about to anyone but I guess it's time I should. I've been planning for some time to take action around the Taus and bordering Kusari - Bretonia space as crime has exploded due to the war raging and there're those who've seen this as an opportunity to gain wealth by killing and looting travelers, traders, innocents as well as enslave and drug smuggling. I've been in touch with some people who're willing to assist me with my plan to purge and make it safe again. I've requested to use this ship as we're in need of a flagship to plan our moves. The ship will not be scathed or used for coward actions, it is my family's honor at stake here.

Even if agree that this is a noble cause, you are going to tag along these individuals you claim to be in touch with, but you are also intending to use the Hachiman as flagship, or headquarter, so I will ask you about the details of this quest, as in targets, detailed zones of operations, possible contractors you may be dealing with and any other relevant information.

First, we'll be focusing in the Taus and Sigmas where their presense is high, picking off Slavers and Smugglers that are transporting illegal cargo such us that disgusting thing Outcasts use, Cardamine, Artifacts as well as Human Organs. Corsairs and Hogosha are aswell on our target list as they're the scourge of Kusari, Taus and Sigmas. We're more than willing to carry out any requests that the Blood Dragons might have as well as IMG and GMG, as they're being harassed by them for quite some time.

I'd also like to add that we'll be "clearing" stray Outcasts in Kusari and hunt some of your enemies such as Samura corporate dogs and small Kusari Naval patrols. I hope I answered your questions in full.

Very well. Here is my proposal: You move your family's Hachiman down to Taus and Sigmas, performing the tasks you listed earlier as long as they don't harm the Blood Dragons or GMG in any way possible, but in return you will have to take the ship back to Kyoto every 15 days for periodic maintenance. These ships are old , and you know that only our engineers are able to keep these vessels ready for combat, for the same reason they keep the B50P blueprints as one of our most valuable secrets.

Oh, and I would appreacite if you could redirect any intercepted Artifacts shipment to Sendai Research Station in future. Nothing else to explain, so I will trust your word, Dragon.
