It's really sad day for me - my good friend are badly injured,
in critical condition, right now he is fighting with death.
In hospital I was told that he got an extensive internal bleeding,
and massive damage to internal organs.

He may not live to see tomorrow...

You probably wonder why I send that message to You,
as I said that is sad day for me, but also it's sad day for Liberty itself.
Nuuskamuikkunen, yesterday evening was attacked, apparently again,
by Officer of Liberty Navy.

Readings from the black box, shows that that assault whas made without any warning, or reason.
But what is more important, the attack was deliberate and complex process of actions of
two Liberty Navy Officers.

Snuffkin, repeatedly complained on prejudice and full of hatred actions of Officers of the Law,
and mention abut his problems with Navy, LPI or LSF.
But I do not belive him, well maybe I do not belive in whole story
- since I could not belive that somebody who should protect Civilians, attack them.

But yesterday's assault shows that there is something wrong in Liberty.

In name of my friend I will demand investigation in that matter,
and punishment for perpetrators.

Hello Mister Gornik,

I have reports of Nuuskamuikkunen using system wide communication channels to falsely accuse Liberty Navy officers for crimes they didn't do.

He got informed about section one paragraph VI but instead continued to harass officers on duty.

Nuuskamuikkunen is a known troublemaker and criminal.
He violated:
- Liberty Law section one paragraph IV undersection five and six
- Liberty Law section one paragraph V
Furthermore there were violations of Liberty Law section five notes four and nine

Suspect Nuuskamuikkunen fled to Planet Manhattan when he got confronted with the violations followed by a long unsatisfactory discussion. Thus according to Liberty Law section five note eight he lost all protection by Liberty law.

If it is true, that he got shot, it could have been a result of his continued disobedience, disrespectful and hostile behavior against the Republic of Liberty.

Of course any material may be provided to the LPI. We can then investigate and decide whether the actions were unjustly harsh as stated by Liberty law section five note three.

Aah he [font=Century Gothic]ain't that bad! He's still edible. If he wanted to keep his organs in his body and not leaking out of his openings the birdie should have flapped its wings at home not in the great vacuum. That'€™s how it goes birdie! Mister Gornik,

let me give you an explanation of the background.

It is well a well known fact that New York, one of the most populated systems in Sirius, has a problem with the so called Harris Syndrome.
It is often even described as a mental disease.
The Republic of Liberty is enforcing conscription to make Liberty a secure place to live in by holding up the security within and outside by securing the borders.
Due to budget cuts it is not possible to submit extended medical surveys on each recruit. It is also not possible to have each new recruit accompanied by an experienced primary forces officer.
These new recruits are not experienced enough to handle long stays in space. The possible consequences of skipping scheduled rest times are often underestimated by them.
An ill person is not easy to be recognized by primary officers on duty. Instead they are showing irrational, sometimes even aggressive behaviour when encountering foreign or suspected hostile pilots.

Most lawful forces including some individuals like some Zoners or most honorable pilots flying ship with [The_Angel]-tag are trying to help these unexperienced pilots to get threatment. It is also of great importance for me personally to remind new pilots of their rest times and to familiarize them with our laws and rules of conduct.

On the other hand there are pilots like Nuuskamuikkunen. He seem to be not interested in helping them at all, instead he seems to just look out for them and abuse their erratic behaviour to cause disfavour between the lawful forces. There were even shootings between LSF and Navy caused over an argument regarding Nuuskamuikkunen.
While this behaviour is unhonorable in first place, it is a potential security risk in second place.

Untill now I still see no reasons, why he is seeking to destroy harmony and security hold up by our lawful forces. He is basically disturbing the progress we archieved so far in fighting the Harris Syndrome.

I hope Nuuskamuikkunen will recover fully and come back without hatred and rage but the wish to do his part into turning Liberty into a place pleasant to live for everyone. It is his home too, as far as I understand.
If he shows understanding and is willed to work with - and not against - the house that is providing shelter for him, we might even grant him amnesty.


As for the shooting of his vessel, you said you have access to the blackbox of his ship. If you want the LPI to investigate the shooting, you should provide us with all the material you have got or prepare a report as stated in Liberty law section one paragraph six.

It seem that he was over and over victim of Officers Of Law - whom were sick of Harris Syndrome.
That is what He is try to say to me each time when We meet.

He was trying to make all of You - to do something with that people.
They full of prejudices, without proper training - fly into a space

We were mett many times in Pensylvania, where He help to understand some matters to new pilots,
He help them to get an new ship, talk about not breaking the law ect...

It seems that You are under wrong impression of his personality.

I find out from his notes that the guy who shoot an hunters few days ago - under the influence of his actions fix problems with hunters.
