DPL Header

Can anyone make up a DPL header for our forums etc.?

Any info you need can be provided, and I know you'll need some so no shouting at me for not providing it. I just don't know what you'd like.

I can pay you if need be, but we don't want a shoddy one. We're looking for something nice and trim.

Any ideas?

Well yes, but with our initials and more this size:
