I'€™m not exactly sure who you guys are but can you please tell me where you got permission to dock those battle boats on Rochester? I will admit that we are pretty free about who we allow to dock and do business on Junker bases, but even Junkers have their limits. We don'€™t like the military coming around as it tends to upset the general order of things. We especially don'€™t like anyone docking when they are at war with the house in which the base is located. This tends to be really bad business for all involved. It is no secret that Junkers do not want any part of your war. It does not concern us and we will not participate. Kindly refrain from bringing those vessels anywhere near my bases in the future.
