its been 7 days since i've been banned What do I do?

I got banned 7 days ago exactly for swearing does this mean I have to wait untill an admin gets rid of the ban or do I have to do something else

and yes the ban was only supposed to last 7 days

by the way slash,a ban is IP ADRESS based.
so i can make a new account at any time,and will even be able to make your way to the server list.
however,u wont be able to connect to the server.
so the only thing u can do,is to play on another server untill u got unbanned.
just remember,that the global server is down.
