Need Photoshoper's advice

I wonder, how much adding these visuals effects would cost:

• Adding a "nameplate" somewhere on the fighter;
  
• Making it's hull a bit rusty, scorched, scratched and etc;
  
• Covering it's windows in DRIED blood.

I'd say 20-30 million - those are pretty simple stuff.

Thou that's a pretty basic render of the ship, it would look more flashy in a different angle with custom lights on it. If you are willing to go to the 60-80 million price-range, I suggest you to also ask for a unique render. There are enough people around who does such.

I agree with Evan.
If your client wants the generic wikki render, the 20-30mils is a good price for what he is asking. If he wants a whole siggy, with custom render, visuals, etc, I would charge minimum 65mils.
