A few suggestions though:
How about putting the two dark bars behind the girl and the ship? Seems a bit strange to see them in the foreground.
As well, since you are working with transparency, I always prefer if a gradient is completed before reaching the edge of the image, thus giving the illusion of the picture being perfectly cut out. That is - of course - a matter of taste though.
If by gradiant completed, you ment the girls hair cut a little at the top?
I couldn't help it...The girls image was already like that. And If I put it in the middle, it would look stupid. As If she had a dead flat head, haha.:)
