But then I usually only understand very little.

No, they aren't sold yet. Other than the cloaking devices, they aren't even in the mod yet. Cloaking devices are sold on the Lost Battlestar. Rest don't exist, far as I can tell.

I just want to play on my casino...and rob new hopefuls of their monies. But can't. :L This makes me sad.
