First off, minor updates made to Planet Toledo to reflect the changes undergone. Feel free to touch that up if necessary.
Gonna try and get onto the server some before i make any more updates. And if anyone needs work done, ask me, because I'm having a bit of trouble finding what is needed and what isn't on my own.

700x250 is the absolute limit, but it's still huge in terms of signatures.

I went onto the Planet Toledo page and corrected some minor mistakes.
