Wherever you installed the 4.86 folder, there's a Readme.txt. It's got quite a bit of information about stuff, including changelogs.

Thanks for the heads up on the readme, I took a look at it. What I am looking for really is what ships have been added, where to get them, and stuff like that. Will the wiki be updated to reflect this update?

Yes. It's already being updated, just slowly.
