Official factions? Or just player groups? There was a group of Hogosha flying under Gopnik| tag (if I remember correctly). They were sort of proto-CCCP|, but flying snubs.

Update. I wasn't able to find faction-sized warning toward the Gopnik|, my apologises to them.
