From what I understand of the lore, the Empire has been reorganized into a Republic under the leadership of the Democratic Party of Kusari whose Prime Minister is now Kato Takahashi, we have Zelot whose still playing the Emperor's role in exile. Somebody should take up the mantle of Prime Minister Takahashi.
