I fly into fight and notice energy not regenerating. Thought it's a cruise bug at start but then noticed it slightly regenerating. Redocked and found Black Dragon 's energy nerfed down to 9%

Thought it's the guns this time, but i was wrong.
BH guns, Hogosha ship - 9% nerf. Tweaked reps - still nothing: Repsheet
Hogosha guns, Hogosha ship, reps are good, still 9%: technerf

Now what i found funny is, that Bergelmir, that is made fully red with Rheinlanders and good with lberty lawfulls has only 75% nerf

Any logic? And why is Black Dragon nerfed that much? Both with Recruit and Freelancer Merc IDs

EDIT: no guns, no shield, thruster, etc: just the ship, scanner, ID, AU8 and 10% energy

EDIT2: Werewolf with 6 trefoils gets energy down to 7%. Seems trefoils missmatch werewolf

Well, hogosha stuff is a mismatch for Merc ID, so that's nothing strange you get 9%, reps doesn't matter, only IFF, ID, equipment and ship does.

Hogosha ship is for Hogosha IDs im guessing? This entire "tech does not mix" is still pretty stupid to me.

Ye, well, note my Bergelmir on Merc ID - it's not even sold on non-guard bases. And it's 75% on merc ID

Blood dragon katanas - 89% energy

EDIT - other ships get 75% only for ship, 67% limit with guns.

I think I have an idea why your Hogosha fighter is getting technerfed more than your Rheinlandic bomber. It all has to do with guns. The technerf works on a mutiplyer, in that the more forgien equiptment you have on the ship, the more your powercore is reduced. Because the bomber turrets are Civilian guns, the bomber has less forgien tech attached to it. That might be the cause.

Then again, it seems like you've done some experiments that throw this theory out the window, in which case, I honestly don't know why some ships get more of a technerf on certain IDs than others. I'm afraid you're going to have to ask an admin on that one.

Check my EDIT screen with no guns or anything - only 1% higher energy. Thing is: Hogosha ships have 10% energy on FL/Merc/Recuit IDs.

Seriously. Freelancers/civs need to use Civ ships now. Use any faction ships and tough luck. You want Hogosha ships? use Hogosha ID. I wonder if your the Freelancer in Hogosha ship i killed last night in my Recycler. I just sat there after scan and popped him everytime in range knowing my shields could recycle faster then his guns lol.

problem is, there are permissions and roleplay done. Being nerfed for being merc? That's just plain discrimination. Alright, 10%-33% less energy for lack of parts - some sence of RP, OK. But being a Molly merc and using their tech only with permissions and getting 7% for this? Also, check civilian bomber line - Roc is fast, but huge. And there's no small bomber mercs could use. Roleplaying just gets you worse if you give some time for it, considering new nerfs

EDIT: And no, I'm not a the one you killed yesterday - if it was me, your Recycler would have ended without guns thnx to Mines. Anyway, that BD of mine was new and didn't kill anyone yet - bought another ship on that char already
