Call it what you want, if any of you people have worked to serve the public, you'll understand that its a mental nightmare. i.e, people never know what they want, but rant about whatever for the hell of it. I've worked customer services for years... the customers, my god this is Britain and not USA...

Still, to the staff that work with dealing with us, I congratulate your patience and diligence. I've dealt with people in person... I can only imagine when its impersonal.

People, its VERY VERY easy to complain, very easy to forget good work, please join me in celebrating the good honest work that keeps this niche community going. Face it, we're a very small minority in the gaming world, let along RP world. We're lucky to have dedicated staff.
