I am mainly wondering two things about Gallics Junkers since I am not really familiar with them. Where do they stand in the gallic social order? Also, how does their RP differ from that of a Sirius Junker?
A Gallic Junker is somewhat similar in social standing to a Sirian Junker, expect that their stench reeks more of cheese than engine grease. Gallic Junkers have a lot more room for advancement, though, if they prove loyal to the crown.
Id say its the other way around, they used to be higher up, cos they were so useful as spies, but now sirius is open, they are coming down in the world a bit, towards sirian junker levels, though still richer, and with some higher class leaders.

The Gallic Junker faction is quite interesting in 86, cause they're pretty unrestricted in which way they go. You can start behaving like regular junkers, you can try to save your sorry ass by smuggling, or you can go vigilante in Sirius to prove your worth to the Crown. The infocards state they don't know what to do now that the Crown doesn't depend on them anymore, so be creative! Plenty of options to choose from.
Think to best describe Gallic Junkers is to say this:
They were the spies of the crown, whilst they did so the Crown ignored there illegal dealings. Now the Crown no longer needs them as spies, the Council has told everyone, (Every Faction) that Gallic Junkers were spies and in roleplay Gallic Junkers have also lost all there illegal dealings in Gallia. Which puts them in the situation of what to do now, as well as this, they know in roleplay the Crown are much more likely to prosecute them for any crimes they commit now that they have no use for them. And also that every faction would be supicious of any Gallic Junker, especially Bretonian factions right now.
To sum up, they have no friends, at best factions either despise or are suspicious of them. They have lost all what they held dear to themselves. They are also greedy, conniving but much better mannered then there sirian counter parts. And they are looking for friends, where they can find them. And will do just about anything to survive, be that doing something illegal.
Overall, the faction has a chance to grow in to many directions with many obstacles to face.
On a minor note, I say that Gallic Junkers would pirate for greed more then anything.

You forgot the part where the Gallic Junkers are getting bullied by the Outcasts and are forced to cooperate with them, and no unlawful groups bothered lifting a finger to this since they figured the Junkers only got what they deserved.
The closest thing the Gallic Junkers have to an ally right now are the Outcasts, with little support from any other group, both lawful and unlawful.
Didn't know about that sorry. And I'm spending more time on making an ally with Gaians at the moment, and will be moving on to Corsairs in good time. (Artifacts, Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm)

Unione Corse bases sell artifacts for 600 credits/units because they have lore dealings with the Hogosha and other members of the Artifact cartel.
They already are the artifact middlemen of Gallia by lore.
Though, feel free to do what the Outcasts are forcing you to do and smuggle Cardamine.

I am afraid i have seen no lore showing that Outcasts are forcing Gallic Junkers to do anything in respects to smuggling cardi.
I've created a Gallic Junker character and I'm not absolutely sure about their ZoI. The area where they can go. I thought of 2 options:
1. As long as regular Junkers can go anywhere including gallia GJ can go anywhere in Sirius too (its another question whether they are welcome or not).
2. My other suggestion is that they are limited to Gallia, the Taus, Bretonia and perhaps Kusari, because they are gallic.
