Greetings, Kusari brothers in arms.
The Red Hessian movement pledges its support to your revolution against the unjust and imperialist provisional Kusari government. The problems of distances are naught, as our transport fleet can support your cause by delivering precious cargo to your bases and ensuring continued trade and inflow of funds and resources to further your own cause within Kusari.
In return we ask only for the freedom of passage through the systems of Chugoku and Hokkaido so that we may conduct trade operations with your organisation and your close allies. We ask for this in the spirit of the International Revolutionary Congress during which your group made a lasting impression on the Red Hessian movement as a whole.
We maintain a steady number of trade agreements with various revolutionary factions across Sirius, and can provide you with both contacts and trade traffic to facilitate your needs and internal economy. We hope in the spirit of cooperation that our offer of economic cooperation is accepted, and look forward to working with you closely in the future.
Regards, RHA Oberkommando

Konnichiwa.
The Rising Sons are most pleased another revolutionary group sees fit to support The Restoration. That, and we could use some quality supplies. Speaking of which, what could your fine organisation supply us with? We have heard some things about the neatly coloured diamonds (and red happens to be our organisation's favourite colour as well!) which our little fleet foot flotilla (as it were) could purchase from your hands?
We're also interested in hearing about other supply materials your fine organisation could supply us with.
Also, Dato-sama asked me to piece together a small list of do's and don'ts, should you find yourself receiving an all-clear for passage through Chugoku.
1. Shooting our allies with permission to use Chugoku - The Order and Chrysantemums - in that very system is somewhat frowned upon.
2. Shooting Blood Dragons in Chugoku is most definitely frowned upon.
3. Mentioning the Fake dethroned Emperor's name usually results in our combat pilots being subject to more stress than is advised.
4. Shouting obscenities like 'Mein Gott" or "Jawohl!" makes Dato-sama's head hurt.
5. Leading lawful organisations to Kyoto (should you be followed by them) is very, very strongly discouraged.
6. Bringing capital ship vessels (other than those of Blood Dragon origins) is strongly discouraged as well.

Guten tag.
I am Oberleutnant Hans Gluckner, acting leader of RHA A&A. The transport division falls under my command for the moment.
So far we have identified only our diamonds and tobacco as a viable export. I'm sure you gentlemen like a good rolled cigar. That said, if there are any specific commodities you require, the Red Hessian transport division is available for trade missions of cargo that we have access to, so that we may further your own cause.
In addition to that, we agree with and will abide by the regulations you outlined in the above transmission.

Importing Diamonds and Tobacco would be most agreeable. I know at least one Shogun developed quite a taste for cigars... We would, however, also require your transport fleet to ship 15.000 units of Ship Hull Panels to Kyoto. All in all, consider your proposition accepted.
Oh, and feel free to use this channel for reports on Hull Panel shipments.

Guten tag.
I am pleased to inform you that we have delivered the last of the requested resources today. All in all a total of 15,790 units of ship hull panels was delivered to Kyoto base. Hopefully the quality of the delivered goods will be satisfactory to your needs.

Greetings.
Indeed, the reports from our warehouse chiefs are poaring onto my desk as we speak. I haven't had much time to look through them, but all seems to be in order at the first skim. I'm impressed.
As per our agreement, you'll find Chugoku a hospitable place for your pilots. By all means, do not hesitate visiting our sake bar.
