Well, nothing like happened here now because I'm not congested & only cracked a bit of a smile...but nonetheless, I won't deny that it could have been possible given the proper amount of congestion & schadenfreude at the time

Give it to an Admin, he'll maybe give you back your Stuff. Similar Thing happened to me in my old Shire when I dropped out of the Trade Lane, crashed into some NPCs, spun around and got killed by the Anti-Cheat.
