Is Dyson sphere in Omicron Minor penetrable?

Greetings all.

Question above.

A history. It is happen to me to see a nav map where was mapped a "second" Omicron Major - system beyond Dyson sphere with Alien City, last Trent`s mission. And, indeed, Omicron Major has two gates - first named "Alien Jump Gate" (from Minor) and second, named "Nomad Gate". According FL Companion this second "Nomad Gate " is "Jump hole to Omicron Major". From Major to Major, yes. Resently I spent some time in Major trying to go through this Nomad Gate without any success. It simple undocable - as well as Nomad Airlocks in Omicron 92. But... that map.
Can someone tell me, how it was achieved?

In .85 there was a way to glitch into the dyson sphere. However there was no way to get out.

In .86 I think it's still locked, not sure if the glitch it fixed though. I wouldn't advise trying to get in though, there's nothing of value there.
