Hail, Ladies and Gentlemen.

I am calling you in the name of our glorious kingdom of Bretonia, in the name of the Bretonian Merchant Navy.

Due to the war with the house of Gallia, that recently and unexpectedly came up, the Bretonian Merchant Navy has undergone another structural change, which is needed to be cleared and fixed with you, our beloved allies. The Merchant Navy, commonly know by a [Convoy] IFF transponder, has been, due to the increasing threat to the Kingdom of Bretonia, taken under full command of the Bretonian Armed Forces. The actual [Convoy] transponder signal will though be removed, and been replaced with the transponder signal of BAF|MN- . No other structural changes have been made, so that I think I just can to introduce myself to you. The current admiral of the Merchant Navy, Jack Schwarz, MBE, has retired, and I myself have been chosen to take place of his previous works.

I am Admiral Sir Finlay O'Dukes, Lord Hamilton, of the Bretonia Armed Forces. The Merchant Navy of Bretonia will be led as it was before, and I myself am planning to take over the same ship used by Admiral Schwarz before, the Rubber_Duck.

I would just like to be the actual standing contracts of the Merchant Navy being updated to the new transponder signal, in case you do not have the copy right there, I have a carbon copy attached:

P.S.: The renewing of the current structures should be done during the next 2 weeks. All ships bearing a different IFF transponder then may officially be stopped, arrested and been reported to myself. I will take care about anyone that is still carrying a [Convoy] transponder after the restructuration should have been done.

The Convoy group have not, to my knowledge, ever broken the previous arrangement that we had in place. Therefore, we're happy to rollover the details of the contract to the new Merchant Navy, bearing the prefix BAF|MN-.
