With the recent sabotage of the Legion vessel Grande Guillotine. It has been deemed necessary to ensure security into finding those responsible onto such.
By decree from Lord Felanis, all Brigand bases are hereby under lock down. All Brigand traffic from planet Marne will be exstensively searched and escorted back planet side.
All non legion brigand vessels found in transport will be stopped, questioned, and holds searched before being redirected to the nearest brigand base.
Any vessel refusing to do such will be forced to dock and their pilots arrested under charges of espionage and sabotage and will be publicly executed.
In the meantime. All Brigand bases will be searched for those responsible onto such. Anyone found attempting to resist search will be shot on sight by Legion kill-teams.
Those responsible in the Grande Guillotine's sabotage will be granted a quick death if they come forward, and their families will be spared along with the ending of the lock down.

[color=#33FFFF]Monsieur.
This flies in the face of Brigand culture. You are not the be all and end all of Les Brigands. Each base is an entity unto it's own. Narbonne base doe not accept this so called "lock-down". We will not submit to your power mongering. It is simply unacceptable. That your ship has been sabotaged is of concern to you and you alone. I can assure you no one on Narbonne would consider sabotaging a vessel of another Brigand, no matter what they have or have not done for the Brigand way of life. Take your problems and solve them the way all Brigands should solve problems within our ranks. By talking.

You are not in any position to take such a decision without the approval of the Brigand Conclave, not even if all by yourself you top the majority. This decision has to be put through a vote of the Conclave, otherwise it is void. The representatives of the Brigand groups of Narbonne have gathered an hour ago to deliberate on the matter.
A 100% vote concluded that you will not be allowed to search Narbonne untill the Conclave officially votes so.
You imposter beggerdos think to impose the rule of law? Hoho! Get back in line with the Royalist Whores that birthed your shabby excuse of a rag tag flee... Oh but I suppose one heated jaundaiflaurmon in a cat suit sans big ship is hardly a fleet!
**The Conclave hasn't had a meeting of its members in almost 8 months, and I know of when such do occur, besides, almost all non Legion members of the Conclave have yet to even send word that they still exist in that time since our last meeting**
**Don't make such lies onto saying of such, they will not help you**
--**--
**To those on Narbonne Station, I'll make a deal with you**
**Either allow per ordered searches, or I'll send the data on the location of all positions within the Roussillon system to the Royalists, and yes, I would gladly sacrifice our forces there if it meant our survival**
I am sure you will not see any issue that I send a copy of your message to the Council and Corse families.
Last I heard the Council still has enough forces to put you back in your seat.

[color=#33FFFF] Monsieur,
Enough, Your posturing ridiculousness is getting you nowhere. If you carry through on that threat the Legion will not survive. Every Brigand, Councilman, Corse and Maquis will hunt you to the ends of Sirius. Your betrayal will be legend on the lips of small children. Your name cursed unto a thousand Gallic generations. You do not wish this, I do not wish this.
And do not call my own friends liars, monsieur, she did not say a conclave of Brigands, she said the good people of Narbonne base. We refuse to submit to your searches, I cannot go against the will of the people who live on this base. I will not go against that.
I ask that you come to the table, meet us at Lodeve, Talk to us, your posturing is doing no-one any favours.
Really now. Your precious little Battleship gets sabotaged and you revert right back to the old ways of the "Legion". I suggest hiring a Brigand tour guide if you want to familiarise yourself with the way things are run here. And please, do tell your leader to take that stupid furry mask off when he talks to fellow Brigands at least, it's just insulting.
Your laughable "orders" will be met with a wave of the middle finger as far as I'm concerned. And I'll personally thank whoever sabotaged that huge and redundant bullseye that could jeopardise the secrecy of our bases.

[color=#33FFFF] Monsieur,
I will ask you once to apologise to Madamoiselle Souffrance. I will not tolerate your childish and boorish insults. One chance.
As to talk, you must be wiling to talk, not simply barge around bellowing at those of us who have far more sense. Be aware though, monsieur your previous treachery is noted. Your position as a result is weak. Bear this properly in mind. It will serve you well.
