A family of hispanic background, this Corsair family is proud of its roots, even though it endured many hardships due to its background.
At first this humble family tried to make an honest living, but soon, due to the power of greed calling to them, they quickly fell into the military ranks of the Corsairs.
Although their true origin being planet Crete, the Martinez family travelled far and wide, making their ships their homes.
The family never did get attention of the council however, as their actions weren't significant enough for them to be noticed.
After a few years of spacefaring, things started to get bad for the family.
In 814 A.S. in a skirmish against the Red Hessians, the family lost eachother due to the intense battle, in which the Corsairs lost.
Some of the family are MIA, others are believed to be killed, but deeper rumors suggested they are laying low until they feel their pride has been restored.
Slowly but surely, these rumors seem less of a rumor, and more of a fact.
In 819 A.S. the rumor became fact, as the first of the Martinez family returned home, to Planet Crete.
Francisco Martinez
The young adolescent Francisco was the fiercest of them all in battle.
Though usually being the calm and somewhat shy one to friends and family alike, his temper gets the best of him whenever a Red Hessian ship enters within his range.
Due to his blinding rage, he was the first to presumably fall in the battle against the Hessians.
After a few months of the battle, rumors started showing up he was sighted in Hessian space, ambushing those patrols unfortunate enough to cross him.
When the year 819 A.S. came, a badly damaged Titan landed at the desolated home of the Martinez family.
Alarmed neighbours went to see who this invader might be, only to find a somewhat older Francisco stepping out of the Very heavy fighter.
Francisco, noticing the neighbours gazing up at him, proclaimed that the Martinez family will once again return to its original strength, and grow their influence from there on out.
