Hello, Miss O'Shaunessy. This is Clarence Rowe of the Lost Star Vigilantes.

I hope you are well, and of course pretty as always.

We wanted to keep you informed about Lumen, the girl we captured a few days ago. I am contacting you because you already know the background of the situation and I believe that you will do a better job with explaining it to the rest of the IMG. I hope I am not being a bother.

The story is that, once the boss found her causing trouble some time ago before the battle around Java, he locked her in a room in Omicron Delta for two whole weeks and stole her ship. Once Sol freed her, he refused to give back her ship, in an attempt to deter her trouble making for a while. We found out that she got herself another ship to shoot us, the Lost Star, and not the IMG. That battle around Java got out of control because of the 101st happening to be there at the wrong time. After the battle, we captured her again and took her to our HQ for questioning. It appears that the XTF contracted her to shoot Lost Star Vigilantes, we made sure that she would never be given a contract by any Maltese again.

After making her a guest in our place for a while and solving our problems we let her go. We have found out that before she decided to be a pain in the butt, she was similar to us, something you may call a vigilante. We are sure that she's nowhere around Taus now, and won't be for a probably long while.

We believe that she's just a confused, sad and a lonely little girl with an unlucky past, who needs professional help. Miss Mara Arin of your Research and Exploration divison showed interest in the matter, so we decided to send a copy of our findings about Lumen to her.
