My dear Captain.

You have been found to be in violation of Confederation of Freeport Laws with regards to the following law;

Quote:7. A ship that runs to the Freeport under fire, be it Zoner or whatever, is as guilty as the pursuer for bringing the fight to the base. The person chased will be denied docking rights as well as the pursuer.

We have been provided evidence of you having fled from a fight with several Corsair gentlemen and Docking on Freeport 5, this is not the first time I have heard reports of you performing this action but the first time that concrete evidence has been provided to back up these claims, as such you have two options, one, you may pay a fine of 100 million credits (Payable to the account of [CoF]-Bank1) to the Confederation of Freeports for breaking said law, two, you may be denied docking rights on Zoner installations. The choice is yours.

If requested evidence of the offence can be transmitted to you. Do not try to dispute this ruling unless you have overwhelming evidence to the contrary. You have 72 hours to reply or we will escalate to the next step.

P.S
I have also received unconfirmed reports reports that you have been launching from freeport 5 to conduct your attacks against Corsairs, I will use this opportunity to remind you that this is also in violation of Freeport laws.
Quote:4. Use of confederation stations to base off of for attacks against any group is prohibited.

Full disclosure of the laws of the Confederation of Freeports are disclosed here I suggest that you brush up on them and try your hardest not to violate them in future.

You have now frittered away more than 48 hours of your allotted 72. If you do not respond within the next 21 hours you will be considered to be holding the laws of the Confederation of Freeports in contempt and will be summarily denied docking rights.

My dear captain

As you have not accepted your fine and have not in fact acknowledged the authority of the CoF or even the existance of this transmission I have no choice but to elevate this to the next level. Steps will now be taken to deny you docking rights at Zoner installations.

You were given a chance to comply and a chance to dispute the charges levelled against you. You failed to take this opportunity.

I would like to invite the TAZ and OSI representatives in here to assist in processing the paperwork.

Greetings Mr Church,

After reviewing the evidence provided and seeing the subject's inability to even defend himself
then I guess all we can do is make sure this "Acre" vessel cannot continue to abuse the Freeports.

Let's do what needs to be done.
