<::Konbanwa, and Greetings. You may call me Zeta Foxtrot, Overwatch and Coordinator of the Consortium Armada. Recently re-awakened after dormancy period. I only wish it was on better circumstances.
<::As you probably, The GC council of elders has collapsed, and the recent changes in government policy have caused many of the sisterhood to abandon their ways and defect, while many others were unfortunately killed and/or lost. The organization is falling apart, as it has lost too much motivation and infrastructure.
<::Our own fleet has only recently been re-activated after several years down-time. While our drones and surviving personnel are trying to gather up more supplies and fully mobilize the Armada, it is proving a challenge.
<::Both of our groups, once closely allied, are under stress.
<::Considering the situation, we need all the help we can get, and we need to know who is still with us and in what capacity. If you are still out there, we need to know. We need your response ASAP.
<::Until we can find out who remains and in what administrative positions, our troops will operate Takeda Shipyard and Kawada Research station as main bases, in order to re-provision our fleet and repair the rest of our transports and warships. We hope to rebuild both of our agencies once we can figure out who the administrators of these bases are.

I'm not in a habit of sending my biometrics to anyone but those I would consider my allies, it's a security risk.
You said it yourself. The Elder Council has collapsed, and for some members; literally.
The strain of their job was too much, we presume.
Until such time as the council can be reinstated as our leaders and mentors, I have been backed as interim leader of the Golden Chrysanthemum.
I, and those that advise me, will not allow the Consortium to compromise our already weakened position with your underhanded tactics.
