A wise man gave us these guidelines to use when filling out a sanction report.

If you lose server connection during a player interaction, you should get back in game quickly to continue the interaction, with the other player's permission. Sanction Context or Background
Right in the middle of our RP, this guy just F1'd right infront of us. Or was it behind... I never saw the guy, but I felt his presence. I hadn't quite reached the part where I would have demanded that he'd drop his cash, guns and other interesting equipment he might have onboard. But, i was slowly getting there, and as we all know... it's the thought that counts. I don't want to be a greedy bastard here, so I'll settle for his guns, shield and all his cash.
