Well.... hate to break it to ya, but the Global Server is down for good, and the only way to connect now is through Direct Connect, Hamachi, or XFire, and the only way to get it known is through word of mouth and things like advertising.

There is a global server workaround thing... Not sure quite how it applies to servers tho.
