Account move code

After PM'ing multiple admins about this not getting any response at all, can I please get an account move code put onto Tony's.Home or subsequent character? I lost the account (Bear's old one) after the hard-drive on his computer died. I'm not sure if I re-named the character or not, but surely you guys can find the character and set a move code so that I can get the character back.

First you need a proof that the char is yours...same ip adress or the acount code witch is given when you first hit multyplayer....that is semms to be the same even after a reinstal of windows if you install freelancer from the same cd/image....in my case i reinstal the windows quite often and end up in this problem but they know me because of my ip and if they didnt respond is either that you request is suspicious or they simply have no time

Couple weeks back when I had some problems on Gran Canaria I got some help, so I don't think it's a very suspicious thing to ask for some help again. I haven't had to much time to pursue this properly as I've been working but I really don't want the character deleted due to in-activity as it is special.

Also, how long did you wait for them to reply ? Sometimes you need to be a bit patient to get a response.

Woops, sorry about that :$ I'm still only sort of new to this. I've waited a week or two now after PM'ing three admins.
