According to my brother California is having internet issues. Alot of people in California are losing internet every few seconds. I may be apart of this and for this I cant play right now.
If you think its something else. PLEASE POST HERE!

Do you have a wireless connection maybe?
If you do, make it wired, and thats all.
I had the same problem, every few secs to a couple of minutes my net would crash.

Problem was fixed Disregard.
Someone was trying to hack into my wireless...Just a NOTE dont do that...it causes problems for you and entertainment for me
