My dear admins, you locked one more of my topics even if the subject was different. I am talking about the farewell post of course.

Yes I referred to the 'forbidden' issue but it was only to answer the people who posted there. I didn't know that I couldn't even reply to others about this issue. You could also ban them for raising the issue...
After the second warning about not raising the known issue again in my farewell post I did nothing for a day. I wanted to give some time to myself to relax and see if my reaction was a bit of excessive. The next day someone else replied to the post I made before the farewell post and before the second warning. Guess what! I got a two days ban because someone else replied there. The admins didn't see the time the post was made or the time of the replies. They only saw the name Cdys. This was enough to press the 'Ban this player button'. I sent a personal message to Fellow Hoodlum who banned me explaining that it wasn't me who raised the issue again but it wasn't enough for him to lift my ban I guess....

You did what you think was better to do so this issue to be forgotten and not do what you really have to do as admins. You never said the real reasons you are doing this though. You never said the reason you chose to ignore my reports or the reason you are locking my topics. Saying that 'you were warned NOT TO RAISE THIS ISSUE AGAIN' does not justify your actions. Was I rude to anyone? Did I insult anyone? Did I ask anything for me? Did I break any rules?
I will tell you the answer. NO. I did nothing wrong. You just said, let's make this player shut up and make him leave this place with our actions. He makes us look bad and he points our mistake to the other people of the community too.
After hundreds or thousands sanctions you have made you have forgotten two important rules and you are not following them showing disrespect to the people you have already sanctioned. Let me remind you those rules or terms and conditions. Call them as you like.
1.3 Administrators are obliged:
- To be fair and treat all players equally, independent of their level and faction alignment;
When exactly did you treat all players equally in my case? My report was valid with enough proofs of the violations. You did nothing for this when you have sanctioned others for the same violations but not this specific player who was the subject of another report too. Are you fair and do you treat all players equally?
- Not to ignore any cases of server rules violations that are reported.
You ignored my first two reports and after the third you replied that you will not do anything about this report.
How do you expect the players to follow the rules of the server when you are giving the bad example and not following your own rules? Do you also find it a normal behavior locking the threads of someone who only wanted you to do what you are obliged to do as you say? Or is it a pleasure for you to sanction and ban players and lecture them about the rules you already don't respect and follow?
But, now I know not to expect someone to be fair in their own server and forums. They are all yours and you can do whatever you like. You can make rules, ignore the rules, be fair and not be fair, let someone speak and lock his threads. The real freedom of the internet.
Stop hiding behind the 'LOCK', 'BAN' and 'IGNORE' buttons and talk for once like men do. Take the responsibility of your actions and have the courage to ask a sorry about any mistakes you do. You will feel much better and you will make the players you fail feel the same.
I really don't care if I can enter this forum in the future or about the items in the game when the admins are treating the players like this and don't even explain the reasons they do it.
Understanding and fair treatment I only asked. Don't make people feel unwanted and unfair treated just because you have the power to do it.

Maybe I was not active all this time but you can't say I am a new player. Do you know how many sanction reports have I filed? Four if I remember correct. Yes four! <strike>Am</strike> was I playing Sanction Lancer? I also didn't break any rules or been sanctioned in the past.
And when I said 'I thought I have the right to talk and express my opinions.' I was talking about the game, the server and the rules of the server only. Not about the moon and the stars.
So SMGSterlin I think you are wrong here except if people indeed can't express their opinions about the server and its rules.
Ps* If anyone wants to see the so wrong reports I filed and the not sufficient enough proofs, just send me a message in my forum's account or a mail to cdys@hotmail.com in case the admins continue the ignore/ban game. And please, if you really love this game and community don't ever file a report for any ships starting with [LNS]-N......... . Just bow your head to that player and to the admins, post something irrelevant in the forums, pretend that nothing happened and forget it!

The cookie answer was because some people like to answer without knowing what happened. Or if they know they just don't care. All they want is to answer for their own reasons. You are saying that if I don't like it here I can leave this place. I can say that if you don't like this post then don't read it..
And all these I wrote in the past are for the people who care. I am sorry if I am not mature enough if i wanted to give the people who were never in my place a warning about what will happen if they do the same "mistake" with me.

I started this post asking some opinions and answers. I didn't say anything about THE report until Cannon reffered to it.
I really hope the people who don't understand the meaning of my posts and the reason they exist and replying against me, to be in my place and then people who want to show that they are cool and smart to reply them the same.
