opinion, please

hello everyone, i have a dilemma and don't know where i should have posted. hope i did it in the right spot.

long story short, i have a samura id trader. i bought some ship hull panels (from leeds, stokes), and some baf (BAF|Lt.Wayne.Johnson)stops me in cambridge saying i'm carrying contraband.
after a long talk, he agrees to escort me to omega 7, to the friedstadt (i think) base - my destination.
he agreed, we go into omega 3, where he shot the lane and says i am trying to run away from him.
i ask to talk to his superior officer, some other guy (BAF|VAdm.Charles.Davis) comes, and says i'm breaking an embargo (didn't specified what embargo) and asked why i didn't took it through the sigmas.
he claimed omega 3 is bretonia's space, omega 7 is rheinland space.
after a hour (not exaggerating) of debate, and with pressing issues in real life (nature calls), i told this guy i must go a few times.
he didn't quite got it, i told him one last time i must go, and logged off. went to the bathroom, returned half a hour later and started writing this.

can anyone tell me what to make of this? i don't understand why would someone act like this in a game.
if someone holds a grudge against me or whatever, please let me know so we can sort it out?
i find it pretty stupid to waste some other guy's time just because you have too much spare time on your hands.

i screenshotted most of the conversation... but really, is that actually needed to play here? :|
