Since multiple people have been pestering me about it, I decided to post it here for everyone to download. Note that this is a photomanip of a picture I found on the internet, was only really intended for that banner so I didn't bother with the size and as such I do not have it bigger than 800x600. Sorry guys.
I removed the background buildings from it since they didn't look too good when the picture was unblurred.
