GMG| Leadership change

Wow, the time finally came. I'm stepping down from my title as one of the GMs as well as the public figurehead of the GM council.

Yes this is entirely due to becoming an admin and was always the plan if I had gained the job title. I wish to protect myself from burning out so instead of compounding on to my unpaid work I am making this situation a substitution instead.

Fear not, however, all this time I may have been a public figurehead but in actuality I have been but one of 5 GMs that voted on decisions. The GM council still will remain largely unchanged. It's essentially the same support staff that has always worked hard to uphold the values and standards that characterizes GMG|'s image. Also, even though I am stepping down from the leadership I will not be leaving the faction. My Jin'ko.Hayate char will continue on as one of the grunts protecting GMG sovereignty.

I'd like to congratulate Friday who is being reinstated as one of the 5 GMs. He's had plenty of experience as a GM back before he left to run the ]bd[ and pretty much has always been an advisory voice in our council chat under one capacity or another.

The GMs in turn have voted which one will replace me as a public figurehead to receive the PM spam and many Skype conversations involving questions about the faction, deals wishing to be made with GMG|, RP events or even just to gripe. This lucky guy will be Asbestos. So please feel free to spam him as much as I've been spammed over the year :laugh:
