Admin Notice New Connecticut Rule Set

Recently we've had an increase of players acting like utter idiots in Connecticut, it seems to be the case that folks think that with Conn being a non RP system it's also fine to ignore any sense of common decency. This is no longer the case. Section 8 of the rules will contain the following standards to conn.

8.1 Connecticut is a non-RP system. Nothing you do there needs to have an RP basis.
8.2 All attacks in connecticut must be preceded by an agreement to such by all parties that will be involved in the combat. This does not have to be an RP agreement, just an agreement to start shooting.
8.3 Bad behaviour in Connecticut will be sanctioned under 1.2. Respect each other in there.
8.4 Offical factions are obliged to balance Connecticut time with RP system time. Your primary duty is to play the RP role you elected to play not to spend all your time in Connecticut.

Bad behaviour is a catch all term for things we find distasteful. Before you whine and complain about this rule set, look around at other users first. This is your baby as much as it is ours.

Because it is irking me the fact that people use Conn to swap tech easily without any effort.
