Illegal bases sightings and destruction reports database

As more and more bases are being constructed in Kusari, the High Command found necessary to keep tracks of any event regarding illegal bases.
Therefore, at least one report has to been made when a base is destroyed for violating Kusari Legal Codex.

Modalities of this channel are the following :

Reporting the destruction of the base 'Fukushima Ship Facility', built near Kansai Research Station.

The reasons that motivated the destruction of this base are the following :

Violation of 8.2.a.
Violation of 8.2.d.
Construction out of the areas designated by 8.6.

Context
Construction of the base in a classified and sensitive area for the Naval Forces.
No construction request was received by the High Command regarding this case.

Today we found a little base in Honshu orbit. It seemed like it was not even an hour old.
This of course violated the codex in several ways.

Namely: 8.2a / 8.2d / 8.6

Luckily, the owner of the base was present and we cleared him up about the situation.
He readily agreed to have his base removed and I told him to ask for permission over the neural net before he wants to build a base.

Then the Jubokko and the Komainu class vessel Fuso destroyed the little base.

Location: Honshu, planet Honshu.

Subject: Illegal base.


Konnichiwa dear brothers and sisters. Once again, the owner of previous base located in Honshu orbit attepmpted another illegal base installation, this time little further then the last time. Few days ago i've seen him going in that direction multiple times, so i decided to investigate it. And as i suspected, base was there on remote location, hidden from the public eyes, breaching our codex 8.6c. After waiting for quite some time, noone appeared, so i have evacuated all of the personnel, and commenced fire in order to shut it down permanently. Base was successfully destroyed, and base personnel has been transported to the planet Honshu where they will be further qestioned by local authority.

Here you can see base clearly damaged after few minutes under fire.

This is report about destruction of Freeport XXI in Tau-29 system, near Kyushu JG.

Codex:
Violation of 8.2.e,g.

Context:
Freeport XXI, broke agreement about not deploying more than 2 defence turrets and opened it's docks for know criminal Bluefin and some hogosha pirates. With help of samura captain we managed to do defence sabotage and buy out 80% of their fuel reserves for shield generator. After that we started siege of the base and with combined force of KNF and GRN managed to destroy hostile base.

Sighting and destruction yesterday of a base violating the codex and located in Kyushu system, Seiran Dust cloud; Designation : Storage Depot.

Codex
Violation of 8.2.
Construction out of the areas designated by 8.6.

Context
The base was spotted by a patrol that was doing a routine check in the cloud.
Soon, several heavy units were dispatched to deal with the base swiftly.
As it appeared the installation wasn't fully operational, the operation was done in a few hours.

Notification of base "FTT" In Honshu confirmed and destroyed.

Violation of 8.2.


The base was brought to our attention by a Kempetai Cloaked liner, who quickly disappeared after leading us to the base. We attempted to dock, were denied, so called for the crew to evacuate themselves. When that had finished we removed the illegal base.

Credit to the KPT agent who lead us there. Arigato to Admiral Wanabe who also aided the KSP in it's destruction.

for the past few days me and my crew were tracking that scum in the depths of Rishiri nebulae, in those harsh conditions, fearing that he might be hiding secret base in there, endangering the Samurans in the system, and possibly whole Kusari, which proved to be correct. My ship scanners, and even eyes of my crew and me are yet to be recovered from the torture that they sustained in that nebulae. We have to do something about it until it's not too late, and since it is violating 8.6, and possibly 8.2 rule of our codex, we are obligated to destroy it for the sake of our citizens, however, I will leave that decision to Naval Forces. I will be expecting you on the secured private channels, so we can discuss the matter thoroughly, and so i can give you the coordinates of the installation.
