Question about docking a zoner transporter at Trafalgar Base

Hi my question is. Is a zoner transporter with more than 3.6k allowed to dock at a junkers base within a house system?

As it says on the ID, you can only dock on Aomori Station, the Battleship Hood and Zoner bases (and Player bases I suppose) within house space.

Negative. You cannot dock on any base, NPC or player owned, inside of house space other than the Aomori Station and Battleship Hood.

House space pertaining to rules is defined here. If it is not listed as house space within the rule set, you can dock your Zoner ID'd whatever in that system.

but also Planet Eris (since Penny is supposedly Zoner system under the protectorate of LPI and Liberty Navy). However, penny is kinda a gray area that goes both ways... technically its a zoner system, but stations use LPI iff/affiliation so its also not a zoner system.

Pennsylvania isn't considered house space per the rule set, thus Zoner IDs can dock on any station in the system with any ship. Just have to accept any role play consequences in doing so.
