Corsairs and LFs

Well now, due to the Tigershark scandal, I'm interested in collecting the community's opinions about what's going on. If you want to post, please go to Mjolnir's thread. I just felt that we needed a poll in order to allow better understanding about how many feel what way on this issue.

The reason the Corsairs have to be using the Tigershark is that they have an alliance with CR (IMG faction) and can buy it off of an IMG base. Also, their other two LFs (Decurion and Arwing) are so useless that there's really no point in flying them. The Decurion turns as slow as a VHF, thus rendering it an unbelievable crappy VHF. The Arwing is so bugged that it can't use CDs or missiles, and you can't tell if it's shooting because its projectiles and guns are invisible. In my opinion it makes it very weak, and completely unfair to both sides.

I know. None of the others had a poll, though. If the creators of those threads wish to consolidate them here, then go ahead and say so.

If Griffin is fine, they should use it.

If its still a flying brick for an LF, they might as well stick to Tigersharks until next version.

The Tigershark is more of a Rheinland civilian fighter than just civilian. it doesn't fit when you see Corsairs flying them. However the Griffin is generic enough that it fits them fine - better in fact than the Arwing.
Griffin is fine, Tigershark is too far.

I say just fly the Tigersharks until the next mod version. That or don't fly any LF's. Griffins don't make much sense to me since I see the Eagle line as somewhat inferior as a shipline (Just my opinion, lets not argue about this) and the Corsairs have a top-of-the-line shipline to work with.

To me, "don't fly any LFs" is inadequate. Just avoiding using an entire class of ships? It seems somewhat ridiculous. Also, the Tigershark is almost identical to the Arwing in every way. Only difference is that it's not horribly bugged.

What is the up/down agility of a Decurion like? I know the horizontal turning is horrendous...

Decurion, Griffin for a stretch, or change faction. Using the Arwing at this point is pretty much spitting at the admins and saying "okay, you don't want us to be nice so we'll PvP whore, you told us to". Which is bad, no matter how much you or I may think it is well deserved.
