Lost Account

So I opened FLAM, and there were no accounts there. Found an old backup and got all my accounts back, save for one. I can't remember exactly what characters are on there, but I know there is a CAU VII Ranseur with a cloak I would hate to lose.

Specifically I remember the firefly <$>Crumpet is on the lost account. Any way to get the account back?
