Xeno Alliance sigoff has been sigged!

The Xeno Alliance is and has been in need of sigs for an awful long time now and I would like to see about re-fitting our banner to fit the winning theme. So I'm putting up a hundred million credits to whomever produces the winning graphics!

What I'm looking for:

1) Five sigs, one for each rank. Each rank to have a corresponding vessel added to the sig.

Squadron Commander: Roc II (Ugur's -new- bomber. Not the Preagle.) flanked by two Eagles.
Wing Leader: Roc II (Ugur's -new- bomber. Not the Preagle.)
Royal: Eagle
Juvenile: Crow
Hatchling: Starblazer

Aesthetics: Washed out 'western' poster color scheme, distinct lack of color, think more block print. I would like the image provided below incorporated into the sig, 'XA' can suffice in place of Xeno Alliance and preferred fonts would be cursive, or old style typewriter.

2) One banner. The banner is to have aesthetics similar to the sigs.
A) It is to say "Xeno Alliance"
B) It is to contain a picture of Ouray base in the silverton fields.
C) It is to contain the following text: "In knowledge there is Freedom, in truth there is power, in Liberty, there are the Xenos"

I think that's pretty much it. Feel free to post any questions, naturally the above is simply what my mind tells me I want! We'll see what shines in the end!
