Easy solution restrict caps to official military, big transports to official trade etc. etc. would soon boost faction tracking if the indy metagaming scenarios were curtailed.

6 hour minimum? Lul. No one would ever fail to meet that, except those that have unofficially disbanded.

Furthermore, there must be at minimum, 5 unique people with at least 1 hour of activity each, so a single person can't do all the activity.

It's fine as it is, drop it, we're sick of you and these threads being in the same place.

The point I am making is that there are factions which hits timer artificially by logging JUST before activity check, instead of being active through whole month.
